Bollywood star Varun Dhawan has entered the heated conversation around actors’ entourage costs and their impact on ballooning film budgets. Speaking at the trailer launch of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, Dhawan argued that while actors should be mindful and responsible, producers must also show understanding instead of turning the entire debate into a blame game.

In Bollywood, entourages are no longer a luxury—they’ve become a norm. From personal stylists, make-up teams, and bodyguards to personal chefs and assistants, these add-on costs quietly eat into film budgets.
