The master filmmaker is gearing up to drop the highly anticipated first-look character posters for his upcoming epic, Love and War.

The film boasts one of the most exciting casting coups in recent Indian cinema history, bringing together the powerhouse trio of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal. According to insiders, the Independence Day reveal will serve as our official introduction to the grandiose world SLB is building for the trio.

Currently, Bhansali is on track to wrap up shooting for the romantic drama by the end of August. While Vicky Kaushal has already completed his portions of the film, Ranbir and Alia are expected to shoot for roughly 20 more days this month to finish their scenes.

The Independence Day drop is expected to feature dedicated character posters for the three stars. However, whispers from the sets suggest SLB might go a step further. We could potentially see an immersive announcement video or motion poster featuring the grand visuals that have become the director's signature style. While the video format is still "work in progress," the character posters are locked and loaded.

A Mammoth Release Set for 2027
